The initial ' Lunar White ' versions of their ZigBee light switch, which we reviewed last December, were launched by Xiaoyan or Terncy as recognized outside Asia. The new colors are Gold Champagne, Gold Rose, Black Jet, Blue Azure and Grey Rime.
The firm is based in Shanghai, China, and produces a suite of HomeKit enabled accessories for those unaware of Xiaoyan / Terncy, all of which use ZigBee as their preferred mode of communication, all of which connect to HomeKit via their hub, known as the Home Center, which connects to your router / network via an ethernet connection. The video does not include the above-mentioned switches, but basically there are two versions of the switches available, one that does not require a neutral wire and the other that does. Both come with four buttons and are accessible for the no-neutral switch as 2 or 3 gang variants and 2,3 or 4 gang variants for the neutral switch, depending on your demands. The first two switches operate like physical light switches in the 2-gang switch that I checked, controlling your lamps as usual, with the remaining two switches being mainly wireless, programmable switches that can be used to control intelligent bulbs or scenes etc.
