The Aqara Smart Lock U100 is a new addition to the list of smart locks that support Apple HomeKit. Priced at $190 and currently available on Amazon, this premium smart lock offers full Apple HomeKit support and has several impressive features that make it an ideal choice for smart home enthusiasts.
The Aqara U100 comes with a keypad for entering a passcode to unlock the deadbolt, and it also features a fingerprint scanner that can store up to 50 unique prints. Additionally, you can set up Apple Home keys to unlock the lock using your Apple Watch or iPhone. In case of an emergency, Aqara has included a physical key as well.
Despite its advanced technology, the smart lock has a battery life of up to eight months, which is considerably longer than the popular Yale Assure Lock 2.
