eufy has announced the launch of another smart video ringing solution, eufy Security Video Doorbell 2K Pro. The latest video sound includes 2K high definition video with continuous recording and is now available exclusively in Best Buy and online retail stores.

Eufy's latest recordings and ringtone streams in 2K (2560x1920) resolution with HDR and in a higher, more natural aspect ratio, 4: 3. The ringtone includes smart staples, such as weather resistance, bidirectional sound , notifications, and voice assistant integration with Alexa and Google Assistant. Eufy Security Video Doorbell 2K Pro also has A.I. image processing, allowing face recognition and filtering that can exclude pets and vehicles from alerts.

The most significant upgrade over the previous 2K video ringtone is the inclusion of 32 GB of onboard storage, which allows the camera to record up to five days continuously. Continuous recording ensures that every moment is captured, ending shorter clips that may lose some key details. Recorded videos are stored locally on a "military-grade" encrypted device, accessible through the eufy Security application without a cloud subscription.

The latest continuous recording function is demanding, so the new ringer is only available in a wired option, with the ringer supporting 16-24VAC transformers. The new bell also includes a modern bell, which now has a cloth lid on the front. The new bell offers eight different ringtones, along with adjustable volume levels.
