tedee: HomeKit integration about to launch

The smart door lock tedee can be thoroughly recommended. The design, the low volume and the long battery life speak for themselves.

After the Homebridge plugin and the HomeKit beta, the official HomeKit integration is now about to be distributed. The update should probably reach existing users by mid-September.

Eve app receives update to version 5.3

Eve Systems has given its own HomeKit app an update this week. Among other things, the manufacturer has integrated the management and control of Eve MotionBlinds.

So now nothing should stand in the way of the market launch of the new HomeKit blinds. But the manufacturer has also improved other functions.

myStrom: power socket and light strip controller receive HomeKit update

The Swiss company myStrom has this week equipped the first smarthome devices with HomeKit.

Available is a power outlet as well as a light strip controller. Own white or colored light strips can be connected to the controller and then controlled via HomeKit.

AirTags get new firmware

Apple has started distributing the new firmware 1.0.291 for the AirTags this week. The update is installed automatically. You can see which firmware is currently installed in the "Where is?" app.

As with the new firmware for the Siri Remote, it is also not known which innovations or changes the new firmware contains for the AirTags.
