A HomeKit user sees all but one of the HKSV cameras

We recently added a new security camera to our existing 4 HomeKit cameras. I can see all 5 cameras on my devices. Another user can see original 4 but not 5 (not in home view or assigned room). Although I don't think it matters, one of the 4 cameras and the new camera are added to HomeKit via scripting. Any suggestions on how to fix or things to try? I've already tried restarting the phone and disconnecting the hub (thus forcing another device to take over as the hub) with no luck.
