A relatively frustrated beginner.

Cupertino, May 24, 2021

I'm new to smart home products, but relatively technological and that kills me. Here's what I have: & # x200B; 4 Apple Tvs 5 Homepod Minis 3 VOCOlinc Humidifiers Ecobee Thermostat with 3 sensors. 5 Nanoleaf A19 bulbs. & # x200B; Everything is connected and works very well in general. We are just starting to play with some automation and figure out what works for us. & # x200B; The problem I have is a nanolifol bulb that goes unanswered. It turns on and on, but I have to use the switch to turn it on and off. Here 's what I tried: & # x200B; reset bulb replaced with another nanoleaf bulb (same) Reset the mini homepod that is about 1 foot from the bulb. & # x200B; The EVE application shows that the light is connected to bluetooth only when I look at the Thread state. I do not know what to do anymore. & # x200B; I would appreciate any advice.
