Hi all. I'm new to the HomeKit party and so far so good. Our new house came with mortise blinds, so when we connected our ATV, HomeKit found them right away. I installed a garage door opener that is great. I will also add a doorbell and security cameras etc. My question is how to access HomeKit devices through my iPhone over the internet. Everything works fine when I'm in the house, but once I'm off WiFi and on 5g, it's not accessible. Is there a configuration setting in the home app or ATV to enable this? Does it need router setup? All help is appreciated!
