Adaptive lighting

Cupertino, August 9, 2020

I installed the public version of Big Sur on my MacBook Pro to explore.

Some things I ask about adaptive lighting I haven't discovered yet.

1 - I assume that adaptive lighting only works on white light bulbs, but not the correct color?
1b - If it works on colored bulbs, how does it work?

2 - From what I developed, it changes the color temperature, so you say, for example, that it would be a different temperature if you turn it to 2 and 2?
2b - If you say you have the lighting on for hours, would it change the temperature of the bulbs or should it be turned off again to adjust the color temperature?

Please share any other information you can think of with useful knowledge.
