Adding Netatmo DoorBell to the HomeKit says the device has already been added

Hi, I received and set up a Netatmo ringtone, it worked OK. However, I added it to the wrong wifi network, so I removed it from the HomeKit and the app and tried to add it again. But now I get “The device already added at home, will have to be reset”. I reset the bell from the factory, but it’s still happening. We also tried to add from a different iOS device, but the same thing … Has anyone encountered this before?
