I struggled to add a Netatmo sound to my connected home. I added one in January 2021 and everything is fine. In April 2021, I added a second one and here, in June, I still don’t have it constantly. You burned 6 fuses and reset the bell countless times. I have an eero Pro 6 router with HomeKit on. Attempting to add the ringtone to HK via the security app always failed with each after a few minutes. Finally, I tried to add the device to HK via the eero app. This worked, so now the ringtone appears in Homekit and the security is managed by eero, BUT it does not appear in the Netatmo application at all. I’m not sure I’ll get any updates. I’ve been fighting for six weeks and I’m getting ready to stop it (after I’ve already sold the three Ring units). At this point I have it on the wall and connected to the USB power supply. The LED is a solid blue (indicates a HK connection) and I can view the camera in the Home app, but not in the security app. Any idea?
