Adding shades of Somfy io rollers to HomeKit using Velux Active

Cupertino, April 3, 2020

I have to run shades with Somfy io engines and a Somfy situo 5 remote control that I use to control them.
I want to add the shades to HomeKit and I bought a Velux Active because they claim from their website that it is compatible with Somfy io engines.
For a few days I have been trying to add shades to the box, but I have not yet learned how to do it. I've tried everything I can think of, but the box still doesn't find the nuances when I search for them.

Does anyone have any idea about what I'm doing wrong or should I turn my Velux on active?
