After a good start, I regret that I bought the Logitech Doorbell

Cupertino, October 5, 2021

I have a Logitech Doorbell installed for about 9 months. It was in a shady place and, apart from the brief loss of contact a few days or so, it worked well. Then I had a strong thunderstorm and lost permanent contact. I checked that it was powering properly and it worked OK on USB, so I contacted Logitech to try to buy a replacement bell kit, considering it was fried and it wasn't Logitech's fault. It wouldn't help me until I provided proof of warranty coverage. But I couldn't find the bill. Bad for me, but it also means that once the warranty runs out if something happens, you're out of luck. Given the number of reports of problems with the bell kit, not having the option to buy spare parts seems to me a starter. And keep your bill!
