I installed a Hunter fan in my son's bedroom and sure enough it has a problem. When I try to add it to my house via the QR code, it says it's already installed in my house as a master bedroom fan. (That fan has been installed for 2 years and works fine.) Now the two QR codes of the Master Bedroom and the new one are not the same, nor are the readable numbers on the QR. WTF is going on? Any idea? Their support for the HomeKit SimpleConnect app is all via email and really doesn't help much if the problem is complex. It ghosts you after a while. They never assume you have multiple fans and don't understand that you can mess up the other fans by re-pairing the remotes without turning off the other fans first.
