I have a few Nanoleaf Essentials A19 smart LED bulbs that I use to indicate the open / close status of the door, ie I set the bulb to red for the door open and green for the door closed. Works well in the Eve Home app and the Nanoleaf app. Apple Home only displays% Brightness in the room icons. To see the color, you need to tap the light bulb icon to open the properties screen to see the color. I know I can see the status in the door contact icon, but I'd rather see the color icon.
