Any way to use "Hey Siri" for Home.app on MacOS Big Sur while the screen is locked?

Cupertino, October 24, 2021

If you try to use any HomeKit commands while a Mac is locked (displaying a screensaver, in sleep mode or normal sleep), Siri will tell you "You will need to unlock your Mac first" and must use TouchID or my password. Does anyone know a way to enable HomeKit commands when locked? The "Allow when locked" checkbox is already set for Siri, it's just a homekit that's forbidden when locked. As a workaround, I've cleared the "Request password after ..." checkbox, but that's not a good idea for most people. hmmmm
