For about a month now, my eufyCam 2 has not recorded any movements in the alley or street. However, if you are right in front of the camera, it will pick it up. In the Home app, it barely records videos and audio, but in the eufy app it will capture the video if you're right in front of the camera or when you shoot in those sometimes. I contacted Eufy about this and they blamed Apple. I contacted Apple and they seemed stunned and had no idea what I was talking about. I have motion detection settings in the eufy app set to 7, the highest sensitivity value to pick up everything, optimal surveillance, so as to record 5-10 videos to save battery, my security settings are set at home, Automatic night vision is turned off, and all of my Home settings are set to the correct settings to detect motion and record videos. I really don't want to have to get a new Eufy set, because this is my second front door room facing this problem, which makes me think the home base is to blame. All are updated to the latest firmware.
