Apple TV - No response

Anybody still got issue with Apple TV not responding on HomeKit since the matter update?

I have tried the following:
- removing it from my devices on iCloud
- turning off all of the other hubs and on
- resetting the Apple TV to factory setting

And still no luck.

The weird thing is that it is not connected to HomeKit so I can’t ask Siri via a HomePod to turn it off, but if ask Siri via my IPhone to turn it off, the TV will turn off.

Did not have the issue before the first matter update.
