Is it just me or the Apple Watch Home application that always takes about 5-6 seconds to refresh after launch? Whenever I open it, I see a series of devices labeled "No Answer" and go online after a few seconds. Which makes the whole idea of the clock app useless. The Home application on the Apple Watch is always in the Dock, and the background refresh is enabled for it, so it should receive running time in the background.
