Aqara G2H Pro as a small pet monitor in a terrarium?

Cupertino, January 31, 2024

Hi. I plan to install a camera in our hedgehog terrarium using HK and HKSV and local recording. I was looking at the Aqara G2H pro as it could also serve as a hub to extend the home with some aqara accessories. This also showed the best quality as for the night vision mode. But like in a closed terrarium (~100x50x50cm / ~40x20x20”), I'm not sure if it would work well or if the objects would be too close to the camera. I would appreciate any experience or advice on this.
