Hi there, been using the new Aqara door lock. It’s been really solid, huge improvement over Yale, until now 🙂 It’s stopped responding on HomeKit while I’m away on vacation.
My neighbor who checks in on the cat has an access code via Home Kit says it just stopped working (it’s been working for several days since we’ve been gone).
I don’t have an Aqara hub, just use HomeKit hubs. Anyone have any advice to troubleshoot remotely? I’ve tried restarting my routers which didn’t seem to help. And unfortunately you can’t restart home pods or Apple TV remotely. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
