My Apple Home just stopped working. All devices stop responding. I thought about wiping the devices one by one and reinstalling them. I started with my brilliant master switch. Now it says I can't add it and I should restart but that doesn't work. While trying to add it, it said none of my Apple home hubs were responding. I went to my main Apple TV and after a minute of doing nothing in particular, it stopped saying Apple TVs weren't responding, but my HomePod wasn't. Tried restarting the phone. No answer. I took him out of the house. Same problems.
Finally, I have to touch base and say that I don't have time for this, but I don't see people who seem available to come and troubleshoot?
Do they exist? Or do people here have an idea? I recently switched internet, but the problem didn't appear until months later, so I don't know if it's the WiFi/router combo.
You become exhausted and don't have much time left to invest further.
