Are you finding bridge Home for MyQ opener or are you using a third party device?

Cupertino, February 9, 2024

I recently bought a house and I see it has a Chamberlain MyQ garage door opener. I haven't seen a hub for it anywhere in the garage or house so I don't think the previous owner had a hub. Now it looks like Chamberlain has dropped HomeKit support, so I'm wondering if I should bother trying to find a home bridge for it. Or should I try using my Insignia WiFi garage door controller that worked great in my previous home? I would assume I can connect the Insignia unit to the existing Chamberlain opener.
