I hope to buy a house. It will probably be an older house, maybe from the 1920s, 1950s or 1970s. What should I plan to make it as friendly as possible with HomeKit? My list so far is: * getting neutral wires to the sockets * We hope to have the Ethernet cable running from all rooms, or at least most, to a central location where I can use a switch * making sure the thermostat has the correct wires to claims a smart thermostat What else should I think about?
