Strange problem. One of my August 4th generation Wifi crashes reports perfect status in HomeKit (if the door is locked or unlocked), BUT I get “No Answer” when I try to lock / unlock it through HomeKit. It works well in the August app and I still have an August 4th generation lock that works well in the HomeKit (locks / unlocks). Before continuing and resetting the lock for the second time, any ideas from the community about what is wrong? I think it’s Bluetooth signal issues, but the lock isn’t that far from my ATV4. I’ll try to temporarily move the ATV to see if it fixes the problem, but before I do that I thought I’d ask here. Does anyone else have this problem? Did a reset resolve it (as August suggests)?
