August Lock is not answering

Cupertino, February 4, 2020

As of today, my August crash shows no response in the Home app. You do not know what has changed and is the only non-responsive accessory out of 15 accessories.

I tried to disconnect and reconnect to the smart connection adapter and restart the iPhone to no avail. The device works fine using the August app, so I know batteries are not a problem.

Do you have any ideas on how to solve additional problems?

Edit: I removed the lock from HomeKit and reconfigured it and it seems to have solved the problem, however, actions have been delayed and I noticed that it takes a lot longer to send the lock command than the unlock (and sometimes it closes and never say an answer until I touch again)

I wonder if this is a problem with the latest iOS update.
