As of yesterday, 1 in 3 of my smart lock in August has just stopped working in HomeKit, unless I’m literally standing right next door. I tried to disconnect the bridge and add it again, factory resetting the lock and removing the lock from the HomeKit and adding it again. It is smart lock pro 3 with connector. I have locks for almost 6 months and I did not encounter any problems until yesterday. I also replaced the batteries in it. I contacted August’s assistance and I am waiting for their answer. I can still lock and unlock in the August app, but not in the HomeKit. Does anyone experience such a thing? I also use the Apple 4K TV as my home hub with an iPhone 11 Pro Max as my used phone. Everything is updated.
