August Smart Lock (Wi-Fi) no answer in the Home application

I just bought a smart lock from August, the Wi-Fi model, 4th generation and I still get an unanswered error in my home application. With the August app, everything works perfectly. In the home application, I will also be able to unlock or lock it, but the lock status is completely false. When it’s locked, it will say unlocked, but it will physically block it … I don’t have any hubs installed in my house right now. I own a HomePod and an ATV4K. Do you think it will help you to see them at all? Any tips or tricks will be greatly appreciated. I also have a 30-day return policy. Thanks!!
