I found a few posts, but they're all over a year old. I have an August wifi lock. I never managed to make it work properly with HK. I did a reset of the kit at home, the factory reset, the application uninstalled and reinstalled, I contacted August and they sent me a new lock. I had this problem for about 6 months between the two locks and I hoped that iOS 15 would solve the problem, but it failed. I have several home hubs, 2 home bridges, 2 home mini-bridges, 2 Apple TVs. I tried to move a bridge from home less than 5 meters from the lock, I put my iPad over it, but nothing seems to get the lock to answer in the home kit. I always get the infamous "no answer", however I get notifications when the lock is locked or unlocked, but I can't control it. Any clues would be much appreciated.
