Automation Do not lower the lamp if it is already off

Cupertino, June 12, 2021

I have 3 variable sockets set to turn on the lamps at a certain time, then dim them twice throughout the night, until they finally go out at bedtime. However, sometimes we turn off the lamps manually to watch a movie, but they will light up when they are programmed to dim. Is there a way to set up automation so that it doesn't start and fade if they are already disabled? Also, does anyone know why we have been limited to posts that contain links or videos in the last week ???
