I set up a number of automations in the HomeKit. Most of them work reliably. However, I have a group of automations that do not work constantly and I strive to understand why. A set of automation control lights in the evening. They are set to trigger when motion is detected between sunset and 23.00. All these automations work reliably. However, another set of automations are set to control the lights between 23.00 and sunrise. None of these automations work. I tested the automation using the test function in the home application and all the lights come on as supposed, at% correct. The trigger of the time period therefore seems to fail. Does anyone else see this? I wonder if it's because the time period passes through separate days and the only solution is for one set of automations to run until midnight and another to run from midnight to sunrise.
