Automation help – turn off the lights repeatedly when no one is home

I have this problem that the light housings of my shades heat up too much for the colored bulbs when they are on maximum light and white for a while. As a result, when they completely stop them from this state, they ignite again on their own for strange reasons of power. I tried to contact the shade support, but I found no solution other than switching the ceilings.

So now I have to turn them into a weaker frame for a few minutes, then turn them off. Because of this, the triggers “leaving home” often do not work. We also set the “starting behavior” of the bulbs to switch to 5% brightness when they light up.

Now my question: I need an automation that checks when the lights are 5% and turns them off repeatedly every few minutes, or an automation that always turns off the lights when no one is home.
Another idea is a 2-step thing: turn the lights back to 5% when I leave, then turn on a 10-minute timer to turn them off completely from that state.

I have the Home + application and homebridge. Any idea?
