Automation if you fall asleep?

Cupertino, January 31, 2021

Is it possible that the Apple Watch knows if you're asleep, which triggers an automation? If so, how do you do it? I figured out how to do this with sleep tracking, but not when I'm actually falling asleep. I would like all the lights to go out and my music to stop as if I had a scene called "good night", but not at a scheduled time, but when my Apple Watch recognizes that I'm asleep. Can I do this somehow? I'm new to Automations because I just ordered my HomePod. Trying to figure out what is possible and what is not. Thank you in advance!
