Is it possible that the Apple Watch knows if you’re asleep, which triggers an automation? If so, how do you do it? I figured out how to do this with sleep tracking, but not when I’m actually falling asleep. I would like all the lights to go out and my music to stop as if I had a scene called “good night”, but not at a scheduled time, but when my Apple Watch recognizes that I’m asleep. Can I do this somehow? I’m new to Automations because I just ordered my HomePod. Trying to figure out what is possible and what is not. Thank you in advance!
