I received a "mute" air purifier not so long ago and decided to make it smart with a HomeKit automation.
I bought a smart connector from the Meross sensor and an Eve Room sensor (type 2). The idea is to use the air quality sensor in Eve's room to trigger the smart plug to turn on the air purifier when the air quality drops.
Setting this up in HomeKit seemed pretty simple with the triggers, the only problem is that it doesn't work.
Read on Amazon that people have trouble using Eve's camera as a trigger. Anyone have similar issues or solutions on how I can do this?
