Basic stopwatch and geofence

I have Phillips Hue lights and I want to do some automation to make a few things happen that seem pretty simple, but I can't figure it out. I try to do it so that: • If I am at home, the lights will turn on at 18:30 • If I am not at home, the lights will stay off, but they will turn on if I get home at or after 6:30 pm • If I leave home , the lights will go out. I can automate the operation for arrival and departure of parts, but in a few days I get home earlier than 6:30. Obviously, in the Hue app, I can set an automation for the lights to turn on at 6:30 every day, but for the days when I get home later than 6:30, I don't want the lights to turn on an empty apartment. Please let me know if what you are looking for is possible and thank you in advance!
