Hi together, so after a Hue Bridge update, I removed all my HomeKit devices (there were similar posts about it), I finally decided to improve my setup a bit. The biggest topic is the synchronization between Hue and HomeKit. I know it's rubbish, but there seem to be some hidden tips on how it might work. The last post about it is here: https://homekit.blog.com/r/Hue/comments/j5hkbn/homekit_sync_creates_default_room_with_random/ It is mentioned that it makes a difference where to create the camera, but unfortunately I do not really understand the result of the post. Because it's archived, I can't answer there either. So does anyone know what the best setup would look like? Do you create all the rooms by hue or HomeKit? If you use multiple bridges, you shouldn't have the same camera setup in both, should you? Maybe we can understand a little better the behavior of Hue and HomeKit and make it less frustrating ...
