I just installed this switch. I started and it matched well with the hub. I have a neutral connection and everything looks good. It was an open box and he pulled it out halfway. I have no power at all for the fan. What are the chances of FASS being blocked? I feel like, since it's an open box, something may be wrong. Am I missing something simple here? I usually install non-neutral switches, but this is simple. The fan is a single switch and controlled by remote control. When I connect the standard switch, the fan works well, but does not use neutral for the simple switch. Thank you in advance.
