Bringing WiFi to the detached garage

Cupertino, May 25, 2020

Hello everyone

I'm trying to bring WiFi to my detached garage to get things like an AirPort Express for AirPlay 2 functionality and some smart switches. I was thinking of buying a single Eero Pro to connect to my Verizon FiOS Gigabit G3100 router. I don't know how any of these work.

1) Will I simply connect Eero to the power in my garage and connect my WiFi or will I have to buy 2 Eero (one connected to the main router and one in the garage)?

2) It is the safest and best option. I have a good WiFi signal there, but I doubt the old Airport Express will pick up the signal.

Thank you in advance
