I just bought a new house and I want to make a fair, but automation. Garage door, lights, sockets, thermostats, smoke detectors, etc. Cost is definitely a factor, because I will have a lot of switches and a decent number of outlets that I want to reach. In the past, I used Ecobee, Nest, iHome, GE and ran a house to help bring objects. I would love to try to stay away from the homebridge, but I'm not afraid to use it.
So far I look at the following:
Chamberlain B750 w / myQ homebridge
Kwikset premise
Smoke detectors / CO nest
The last two Ecobee thermostats gen
Lots of ecobee + switches
iHome ISP6X or Wemo minis with the bridge
Rachio R3 Sprinkler controller

Brilliant Home Control sounds interesting just to buy anything, but I'm afraid "HomeKit Coming Soon"

Do I have to look for any suggestions or alternatives?
I also want some motion / door sensors.

Thanks!
