I have a couple of motion and contact sensors at home, and when the motion sensor is triggered, I can see a snapshot from the camera inside the message. However, when the contact sensor (when the door is opened or closed) is triggered, messages do not display a snapshot from the camera. All these devices (camera, motion sensor and contact sensor) are in the same room. Is it an expected result or some kind of error? Is that the same for you?
