Can I have houses in different countries as one "house"?

Cupertino, October 6, 2021

Hey, I'm a "digital nomad" and roaming Europe and Asia - a few months in every place. I'm traveling with an Apple TV 4K, a Homepod Mini and a few color-changing E27 bulbs. However, my main base is a family home in the UK. You should ... 1. Set up a fresh "House" in each new location or ... 2. Do you have a house in the UK and record my setting in - say - Portugal or Bali as the room of this house? I could create a fresh house using the wireless network of each new place - or, alternatively, keep it constantly by connecting my devices to a GL.inet dual radio travel router and connecting that router to the wireless network in each apartment. Is the second option possible? Does it matter if my "Home" is in two separate countries? The advantage of this setup is that I could intercom with my family at home. Thanks!
