Can you still filter notifications by scene so that my motion sensor doesn't stop non-stop during the day while my kids run?

Cupertino, November 2, 2021

I joined HomeKit about 3 years ago, but one killer for me was the inability to have the scenes change my notifications; I have a house occupied during the day and I am not interested in being notified of every door opening or movement detected. However, in the middle of the night I want to know whenever ANY of these events happen! Does HomeKit allow you to filter or receive notifications by scene? If not, is there a third way to do this? Any advice is appreciated, because I have a big home automation project planned and I would love to build it around HomeKit!
