For the last 6-8 months I have been trying everything under the sun to invite my wife who is on the same shared family to join "my home". Regardless of what apple support or myself have tried, including the nuclear option of deleting the home and starting over I have tried. On the other hand my daughters iPad ha no issue accepting the invite. This is exhausting and I'm hoping someone here can direct me to something new...
1) All devices are updated to iOS 15. still unable to accept invite. She receives the invite but cannot accept "something went wrong cannot accept invitation"
2) Logged out and back in to iCloud on ALL devices
3) Rebuild the home 3 time now
4) Sent invite to phone number and iCloud email. same outcome
5) Reset network on all devices
6) Signed out and removed all hubs while home was active.. no luck there
Basically tech support said they know of this issue and are waiting for future software update to address it. Clearly iOs 15 wasn't the update they were targeting. Hope an expert here can help.
