Even before iOS13, I had problems with my extensive HomeKit setup, which is connected to a Netgear Orbi mesh Wifi system. I have therefore purchased three Google Wifi devices and will try to configure this to see if it improves things. To make the transition as smooth as possible, I planned to give the new network the same SSID / password as the old one and the router the same IP address.
Can anyone who knows network tell me whether this should allow all connected devices to be automatically transferred to the new network? Or should I expect to run the connection process to WiFi devices again?
