Circle view camera problem

I recently bought the indoor camera with a circle view and the setting went like this, but after a few minutes it connected to the HomeKit. I was able to briefly view the video before it started to start / disconnect. I deleted it from the home kit and tried to reinstall it, but it still does. The Apple TV 4K is connected to my router via Ethernet, and the camera is on a shelf right next to it. Why is he doing this? Also, when disconnected, it flashes between blue and yellow lights
