For the love of God, someone help me.

I received this new circle view doorbell, plugged it in via micro usb and set it up and updated it to the latest update available. I don't have a doorbell in my house and I don't need it, I have a homepod mini to use as a doorbell. Now when I try to connect it via the ring transformer which worked perfectly to my ring door and which is within logitech's required specs for the circle vision buzzer, it gave me a white flashing light quickly after powering on, I thought the bracket was the problem so I connected it directly to the rear circle view pins to no avail. I then bought a new ring transformer which gave me the same fast flashing white light. When I measured the ends of the old transformer using a voltmeter I see 0.04v and the new one shows the same, I don't know why it doesn't show 24v, which I think is why it shows the fast flashing white light. The transformer I used is the second generation plug.

I would skip this headache and operate the device using the micro usb, but once the device is inserted into the holder, there is no hole underneath to connect the usb.

Any advice.
