So I’m not sure if I’m missing something or if it’s not a released feature yet: I have a HomeKit Home with a Logitech Circle View sound. I have an Apple TV 4K (tvOS 14.3), a HomePod (HomePod OS 14.3) and 2 HomePod Minis (HomePod OS 14.3) all as hubs. Whenever someone rings the bell, my HomePods will ring, but they will not announce who rang the doorbell. Is it a feature currently released? I thought it was, but honestly, maybe I’m crazy right now lol. In a related side note, every time a “learned” face appears, the notification we all receive on our phones is the “Front Ringer” Camera has detected someone who may be _____. Does anyone have a camera that says just “Camera” _____ “detected ______”? All 5 Logitech HSV cameras (4 Circle and 1 Circle View Doorbell) do this. I was thinking that maybe I won’t get Doorbell ad notifications on my HomePods, because my hubs aren’t “positive” who they are (even though “someone” is always the person they think they are) good luck with HomePods. I had an open ticket with Apple for months and after countless newspapers and what else, the best thing they could come up with was to set up my house from scratch (which I did, I think in October). 🙃 Thank you.
