Command Does Not Execute, Hue Sensor, Touch for Homekit

Cupertino, January 16, 2022

Hi everyone, you're new to this group, and I'm sorry to start with a general question, but I'm currently switching my home system from Hue to HomeKit and I have a problem that you find interesting. The home system is quite simple, mainly shades and faucets. They worked perfectly for two years in the hue app, but now that I want to switch to HomeKit it's a problem ... When I go to the hue app to configure it on HomeKit, everything is fine. The transition is smooth and I see the perfect device on the HomeKit app. I see it working and recording a change of state (i.e., a motion-sensing sensor or a hue valve is being pushed). I can even set up automation or set up various buttons on the Hue tap. However, nothing happens. For example, I can see the sensor picking up something or pressing a hue tap, but the commands don't work. What's also weird is that when I turn on the lights manually in the HomeKit app, they work perfectly. I can have scenes and I can set colors ... It's just that the sensors and the buttons don't do what they are programmed to do. If you have any ideas or suggestions at this time, I would be grateful. Is beyond me. I think I could look at my Wifi network to see if that was the problem. Good luck!
