Complicated timing rules

Cupertino, April 1, 2021

Good. I have porch lights that I don't have to use most of the time. They make them come to the sunset at 55% (an arbitrary number that just looked good) diminish to 15% around bedtime and stop at sunrise. I want the lights to turn on 100% when the buzzer (added via HomeKit) detects movement; returning to the 55% or 15% setting depending on the time. There is also a storage box with vibration sensor. I want the same thing to happen if it goes off. Can anyone think of a way to do this without me having to make dozens or rules ???
