Hi, I'm on the market for temperature sensors compatible with HomeKit and just like the Aqara ones. Since this is a Chinese company and most of them are not very famous for privacy protection, I wonder if the necessary gateway is able to communicate with the manufacturer's servers or shut down from the internet and be connected only to my HomeKit hub ?
