I recently asked my local alarm company to replace my old Honeywell tuxedo panel with a Lyric controller. The technician claims that they have activated HomeKit, but I have tried so many times to add the accessory in the Home application and I do not see the device. Should I already see the HomeKit Reset option in the controller tools before adding it to the HomeKit for the first time? I do not see this option. My controller is on version 01.09.07755.491. Could there be a problem with my router? I have an Orbi RB50. Does anyone know what the Lyric controller appears in the list of router devices? I have no more ideas.
